  • How many pools does the resort have?

    The resort features the Chiki Palm Pool and Hideaway Pool for registered resort guests, plus a secluded pool within Spa Rosa for eligible spa guests. Access may vary by pool and guest type.

  • What are the resort pool hours?

    The resort policies page currently lists the Main Pool and Hideaway Pool as open from 6 AM to 11 PM. Hours, food-and-beverage service and seasonal operations may vary.

  • Are the pools open to the public?

    The resort pools are designated for registered guests. Spa Rosa pool access is tied to the spa experience, and cabana packages may include a limited number of day passes. Confirm eligibility when reserving.

  • Are children permitted at the pools?

    Yes. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the resort pools. Proper pool attire is required, and guests should review all posted safety rules.

  • Can guests reserve pool chairs?

    Pool chairs cannot be reserved in advance. Seating is available upon arrival, and unattended items may be removed in accordance with the resort’s pool policies.

  • Can I bring outside food or drinks to the pool?

    No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted at the resort pools. Poolside food and drinks are available through Chiki Palm when operating and Grapefruit Basil bar.

  • Are private cabanas available?

    Yes. Private cabanas are available by reservation at the Chiki Palm Pool. The current package is designed for up to six guests and includes shaded seating, refreshments and select amenities; inclusions and pricing are subject to change.

  • How much does a pool cabana cost?

    The website currently lists cabanas starting at $250 Monday through Thursday and $350 Friday through Sunday, plus a per-adult food-and-beverage minimum and 20% gratuity. Confirm current pricing, availability and inclusions before reserving.

  • What are the cabana rental hours?

    Cabana rental hours are currently listed as 10 AM to 5 PM. Seasonal or event-related changes may apply.

  • Does the resort have a fitness center?

    Yes. The 24-hour fitness center includes cardio machines, strength equipment and free weights.

  • Does the resort have a business center?

    Spa Rosais the resort’s full-service spa, offering massages, facials, body treatments and restorative experiences in a private courtyard setting. Facilities include eucalyptus steam rooms, a hydrotherapy jacuzzi, saltwater pool, locker rooms and an outdoor spa terrace.

  • Do I need to be a resort guest to visit Spa Rosa?

    No. Spa Rosa welcomes both resort guests and local day guests with advance reservations, subject to availability and the access included with the selected service.

  • How do I book a Spa Rosa treatment?

    Reserve through the Spa Rosa webpage or contact the spa directly using the booking information provided online. Advance reservations are strongly recommended for weekends and peak season.

  • How early should I arrive for my spa appointment?

    Spa Rosa recommends arriving 30 minutes before your appointment so you have time to check in, change and settle into the spa experience.

  • What is Spa Rosa’s cancellation policy?

    Spa Rosa requires at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a charge; confirm the current policy when booking.

  • How old must guests be to use Spa Rosa?

    Guests must be at least 18 years old to access Spa Rosa and its facilities.

  • Is gratuity included in Spa Rosa treatment pricing?

  • Is golf available nearby?

    Yes. The Indian Wells Golf Resort is nearby, and Greater Palm Springs offers many additional courses. Resort-fee benefits currently reference a golf discount and golf-cart transportation to Indian Wells Golf Resort; confirm current details with the resort.

  • Is tennis available nearby?

    Yes. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is just minutes from the resort and hosts the annual BNP Paribas Open. Court access, lessons and event tickets are arranged separately unless included in a specific resort package.
